1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Bulk/wholesale orders unless the entire shipment is defective
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@bazzarx.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide the order number, product name, and clear images of the item(s).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or via UPI.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
